The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the second attack by Jewish extremist settler militias on a Jordanian aid convoy heading to the Gaza Strip through the Beit Hanoun Crossing. "This attack comes in light of the deepening and expansion of the genocidal war committed by the occupation forces against the Palestinian people, which continues for the 214th consecutive day, in conjunction with the escalation of the occupation's crimes and violations against our people in the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem," the Palestinian Ministry said Tuesday in a statement. The ministry emphasized that the extremist right-wing Israeli government and its settlers defy the international will for peace and continue their aggression in killing Palestinian civilians, either by bombing or by starvation, thirst, and deprivation of medicines and necessary treatments. The ministry called on the international community to take urgent action to stop the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people, curb the violations of the colonizers, and provide safe corridors for the entry of aid in a sustainable and humanitarian manner.
