QALQILYA: A Palestinian doctor was seriously injured by live ammunition and a woman was detained on Tuesday during an Israeli military raid into the town of 'Azzun east of Qalqiliya in the West Bank. Local sources told WAFA that Israeli forces stormed the town, amid the firing of live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets and tear gas and sound bombs, shooting and injuring a Palestinian doctor by live ammunition, which necessitated his transfer to hospital, where his condition was described as serious, according to the Ministry of Health. The occupation forces also detained a house wife following a military raid into her house to pressure her husband, Kathem Radwan, to turn himself over.
