- A Palestinian child was martyred Wednesday evening by Israeli occupation forces in Shuafat camp north of occupied Jerusalem. The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported, quoting local sources, that a special unit of the occupation army stormed the camp to carry out an arrest campaign, and fired live bullets at citizens, causing the martyrdom of a child who succumbed to his critical chest injury, and the injury of a young man. The sources added that the occupation forces sent military reinforcements to the camp, which led to the outbreak of confrontations, during which the occupation soldiers fired bullets, sound bombs and tear gas, noting that the occupation forces arrested five young men from the camp. With the martyrdom of the Palestinian child, the death toll in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, since October 7, 2023, has risen to 707, including 161 children, 10 women and 9 elderly people Source: Qatar News Agency
