Nine people were martyred in Lebanon, including a child, and about 2,800 people were injured, including 200 in critical condition, in explosions of wireless communication devices used by Hezbollah members in several areas. In a press conference, Lebanese Health Minister Firas al-Abyad announced that this number of people were killed in the pager explosions in a number of Lebanese regions, pointing out that the majority of the injuries were in hands.
