RAMALLAH: Israeli occupation forces detained at least 36 Palestinians from the West Bank during the last 24 hours, including a journalist, four female students from Hebron, and several former prisoners, according to prisoner advocacy organizations. In a joint statement, the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) and the Authority of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs reported that the number of Palestinians detained since the beginning of the wide-scale Israeli military offensive in the northern West Bank has risen to approximately 110. The statement added that the majority of the detentions over the past 24 hours were reported in the Hebron governorate. According to the two organizations, more than 10,400 Palestinians, including those from Jerusalem, have been detained since the onset of the all-out Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in October 2023.
