The Undersecretary of Dhamar province, Mahmoud Al-Jabin, opened today,Wednesday, the fourth consumer exhibition in Dhamar. At the opening of the exhibition, which was organized by the Yemen Future Foundation in coordination with the Ministry of Industry and the local authority in the province, in the presence of Shura Council member Hassan Abdel Razzaq, Al-Jabin stressed the importance of holding consumer exhibitions and encouraging companies to provide goods and services at competitive prices and high quality. He called on the commercial sector to compete in providing consumer needs for services, especially basic food commodities, noting the role of the exhibition in supporting handicrafts and national products, including the products of centers and associations. Meanwhile, Director of the Industry Office, Sadiq Al-Jabr, pointed out the importance that the exhibition represents in the competition between companies to provide the best services and goods to the consumer, especially as the holy month of Rama dan approaches. While Samira Al-Mahdi, the exhibition's official, explained that the exhibition, which continues until the fifth of Ramadan, is attended by dozens of companies and commercial houses with the aim of providing citizens' consumer needs under one roof. On the sidelines of the exhibition, the branch of the Yemeni Authority for Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control in Dhamar launched an awareness program on the validity of food products and methods of preserving them.
