One Killed, Six Injured in Israeli Airstrikes in Beqaa and Southern Lebanon

One person was killed and six others were injured in Israeli entity's airstrikes targeting the Beqaa Governorate and southern Lebanon. Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA) reported that Israeli warplanes carried out strikes on the town of Sohmor in the Beqaa Governorate, resulting in one death. Additionally, Israeli warplanes conducted an overnight strike on the town of Al-Mataria in southern Lebanon, injuring six people, with one in critical condition. Israeli warplanes also launched a series of strikes on the town of Khiam. The Lebanese Ministry of Health previously announced that the toll from the Israeli aggression on Lebanon has risen to 2,119 dead and 10,019 injured. Lebanon has been subjected to Israeli aggression since October 2023, but in recent days, Israel has intensified its air and artillery bombardment to unprecedented levels, expanding its targeting to include the capital, Beirut, which resulted in the deaths and injuries of thousands of Lebanese, as well as the displacement of over one mi llion people.
