GENEVA: The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said today that the severity of destruction in the Gaza Strip as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression is hindering the delivery of relief aid to those in need. OCHA in a statement said: 'Humanitarian operations are facing increasing operational challenges due to insecurity, blocked roads, scarcity of fuel, and extremely limited communications, stressing that these elements do not exist.
