JENIN: Israeli occupation authorities have compelled a resident of Jalboun village, northeast of Jenin, to demolish a wall surrounding his home and prevented his brother from completing construction on another wall. Ibrahim Abu al-Rob, head of the Jalboun Village Council, told WAFA that resident Arafat Tawfiq Abu al-Rob was forced to demolish a 25-meter-long, 1-meter-high wall around his property. Additionally, Arafat's brother, Mahmoud, was barred from finishing construction on another wall at his own home, despite both homes being built several years ago. The owner of the property reported that the Israeli authorities threatened to impose demolition costs on him if he refused to carry out the demolition himself.
