Amman: The Gaza Government Media Office warned that the northern Gaza Strip is still suffering from clear signs of famine due to the Israeli occupation's use of starvation as a tool of war against the population of Gaza in general and the northern Strip in particular by closing the crossings, enforcing the blockade, and cutting off food supplies, basic goods, water, medicine, and electricity. The office added in a statement that this reality indicates that the occurrence of famine in the northern Gaza Strip has become a certainty, and the indicators of malnutrition that appeared on all residents of the northern Gaza Strip are one of the signs of its occurrence due to the lack of food sources according to the quantities and qualities needed by normal human beings. The office called on the United Nations and the international community to take urgent action to stop the war of starvation and meet the needs of citizens in northern Gaza. Source: Jordan News Agency
