Nineveh Health Directorate announced the recording of two cases of hemorrhagic fever, one of them a woman who died in a hospital in Mosul. A source in Nineveh Health Directorate told the Iraqi National News Agency / NINA / that "a 50-year-old woman died after contracting hemorrhagic fever in Al-Shifa Hospital in Mosul, while the hospital also recorded the infection of a 20-year-old young man from the residents of Al-Abar neighborhood in the right side of Mosul who works as a butcher." He explained that "the woman who died is from the residents of Al-Areej village in Hammam Al-Alil district, indicating that" the symptoms appeared on her 20 days ago, but she delayed visiting the hospital to diagnose the disease until the condition worsened and reached high risk."
