BEIRUT: The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported today that nine individuals were killed and 14 others were injured due to an airstrike carried out by Israeli occupation forces on the Bashoura district of Beirut, Lebanon's capital. The assault is part of a broader pattern of attacks by Israeli forces on various regions in Lebanon over the last weeks, resulting in significant casualties and widespread destruction of buildings, infrastructure, and public facilities. In addition to the airstrike in Beirut, Israeli warplanes and artillery targeted multiple towns in southern Lebanon including Bent Jbeil, Aytaroun, Arnoun, Tayr Harfa, Alma al-Shaab, Marjayoun, Dhayra and others in the region.
