The American newspaper New York Times announced the arrest of more than 20 people over the assassination of the head of the political bureau of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, in Tehran. The New York Times quoted Iranian officials as saying: Among the detainees are intelligence officers, military officials, and employees of the guest house authority.
