The National Council of Culture, Arts and Letters (NCCAL) on Sunday grieved the multitalented AND renowned personality Badr Al-Juwaihel who passed away on Saturday. The NCCAL Secretariat General, in a press release, conveyed condolences of the Minister of Information, Culture and the NCCAL Chairperson, Abdul Rahman Al-Mutairi, to the deceased family, people and artists who adore him. Al-Juwaihel, a veteran heritage historian, artist and media personnel, began his march by joining the Labor Cultural Center in 1975, and earlier in 1963, he joined the Artists Society and its musical band.
