The National Security Service announced today, Friday, the arrest of two people who blackmailed doctors and wealthy people in Diyala Governorate. The National Security Service stated, via a video clip of the confession of the two defendants, that 'the defendants were monitoring doctors, merchants, and wealthy people and making them believe that they had political and party cover for the purpose of taking huge sums of money from them or that they would be kidnapped.
