Ministry of Transport: Najaf International Airport is fully prepared to receive all delegations from different countries

Baghdad: The Ministry of Transport confirmed, today, Saturday, that Najaf International Airport is fully prepared to receive all delegations from different countries. The Director General of the General Company for Airports and Air Navigation Management, acting Director of Najaf Airport Abbas Al-Baydani said in a statement that 'the airport received 73 flights yesterday, Friday, carrying (10,989) passengers coming from different countries of the world " He added that "Najaf International Airport is fully prepared to receive all delegations from different Arab and Islamic countries," noting that "the airport received daily, starting from 5 Safar until 11 Safar, more than 300 incoming and outgoing flights, in addition to receiving more than (50,000) passengers and the departure of more than (37,000).' He added, 'Flights are witnessing complete smooth movement inside Najaf Airport without any significant obstacles,' praising 'the level of organization and efficiency of the workers that contributed to operatin g flights and receiving passengers smoothly.'
