The Ministry of Transport denied the suspension of air traffic at Baghdad International Airport, stressing that the news circulating in this regard is incorrect. The media office of the ministry explained in a statement that: "What was circulated in some media outlets and social media sites about the suspension of air traffic at Baghdad International Airport is completely untrue." The statement added that "air traffic is proceeding normally. The ministry called on all media outlets and social media users to be accurate in transmitting news, and to rely on official sources to avoid publishing inaccurate information that may lead to misleading public opinion.
