The Ministry said in a statement: "Within the monthly procedures followed to determine Iraqi oil export prices, the Ministry of Oil held the monthly pricing meeting." It added: "The meeting was chaired on behalf of the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil, Undersecretary of the Ministry for Extraction Affairs, Basem Muhammad Khadir."
