The Ministry of Local Administration concluded the second qualifying training course for 41 district directors. At the conclusion of the course, which lasted ten days, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Local Administration explained that the course comes within the framework of the directives of the Leader of the Revolution and the President of the Supreme Political Council to build and qualify the leaders and cadres of the local authority.
