Doha: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched today its second regional training program, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Human Rights Department, in cooperation with the United Nations Human Rights Training and Documentation Center for South-West Asia and the Arab Region. The four-day program will address the topic of interaction with international human rights mechanisms, with the participation of several diplomats and relevant officials from the State of Qatar and the Gulf cooperation Council (GCC) countries, as well as representatives of the council's General Secretariat.
