Amman: The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources announced on Monday a tender for the supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of solar energy systems. These systems, with a capacity of 3 kilowatts, will be connected to the electrical network and include all auxiliary devices, such as inverters, for homes of beneficiaries of the National Aid Fund in the central region, Mafraq, Al-Aghwar, and Jerash governorates, as well as Ajloun. This initiative is part of the licenses granted to the three distribution companies. The ministry also announced a similar tender for the Irbid under the license of the Irbid Electricity Company. The sale of tender documents begins electronically on June 10h through the ministry's website, memr.gov.jo, and will continue until next Thursday. The ministry has set June 27 as the deadline for receiving inquiries via email at [email protected], and July 4 as the deadline for submitting bids. Source: Jordan News Agency
