Doha: HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi met on Thursday with HE Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Nguyen Minh Hang, on the sidelines of the 3rd Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Summit, currently held in Doha.
