Mina, Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz inspected the readiness of the Hajj security forces to carry out their tasks in maintaining the security and safety of pilgrims. This came during the interior minister's patronage of the annual ceremony organized by the Hajj security forces participating in this Hajj season 1445 AH. The Director of Public Security and Chairman of the Hajj Security Committee, Lieutenant General Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Bassami, stated in his speech that the Hajj security forces had begun their duties for this year's Hajj, adding that the security and preventive measures for these duties emphasize early preparation and collaboration among all relevant authorities. He emphasized that the Hajj security forces are fully equipped and prepared to address any threat to the pilgrims' tranquillity and to guarantee that they can perform their rituals with ease and comfort. He pointed out that the wise leadership has dedicated significant attention to the care of pilgrims, the maintenance of the services, and the development of the holy sites. He also noted that the Kingdom has maximized its human and mechanical capabilities, harnessed the majority of its energies, and implemented the most advanced modern technologies and artificial intelligence to serve the pilgrims and ensure their security and safety. The Hajj security forces announced readiness by implementing a variety of security hypotheses that demonstrated the level of capability and proficiency that define the forces.
