Maysan police detachments arrested 5 defendants wanted for various crimes during security operations carried out in various areas of the governorate. The Maysan Police Command said in a statement, a copy of which was received by the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA): 'The defendants were arrested during security operations carried out by detachments of the Hattin Police Department stations, and among them are (3) defendants in accordance with Article (406) of premeditated murder and two defendants in accordance with Article ( 452) of the Penal Code, indicating that the necessary legal measures will be taken against them in accordance with the principles.'
