A number of Palestinians were martyred and wounded at dawn today, Friday, as a result of Zionist raids and artillery shelling on various areas in the Gaza Strip. On the 322nd day of the ongoing Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip, health sources reported the martyrdom of a Palestinian as a result of Zionist artillery shelling targeting the Mufti area north of the Nuseirat camp, while a child was injured by occupation forces' bullets in the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip. In the same context, the Civil Defense reported several injuries in shelling that targeted a house in the al-Shimaa area in Beit Lahia. The north of Bani Suhaila roundabout, east of Khan Yunis city in the southern Gaza Strip, witnessed artillery shelling that caused many injuries. The number of martyrs in the Gaza Strip has risen to 40,265 and the number of injuries to 93,144 since the beginning of the Zionist aggression on the Strip, while a number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, and the ambul ance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.
