The Civil Defense in the Gaza Strip announced at dawn on Saturday that a mother and her child were killed and a number of other citizens were injured as a result of an Israeli bombing that targeted a residential house in Al-Bureij camp in central Gaza Strip. According to the Civil Defense, "A Zionist bombing targeted a house belonging to Al-Dayah family in Block 1 in Al-Bureij camp in central Gaza City, leaving two martyrs, a mother and her child, with a number of wounded, including serious injuries." The Israeli army continues its war on Gaza for the 303rd consecutive day, with its continuous bombing of areas and homes inhabited by displaced persons and residents throughout the Strip. Battles and clashes continued between Palestinian factions and Israeli army forces on several fronts, during the confrontation of the incursion operations amidst partial advance of military vehicles on Rashid Street west of Gaza City, coinciding with the intense firing of gunfire and shells.
