The body of the martyr, Captain Abdul Salam Abdullah Al Hashemi, who was martyred in the battle to defend the homeland, was held today, Wednesday, in the Condolences Directorate. During the funeral ceremony, which was led by the Acting Governor of Taiz, Ahmed Amin Al-Masawa, the Undersecretary of the Province, Mansour Ahmed, military , security leaders, and social figures, the mourners praised the martyr's virtues , his stances in defending the homeland, its security, and its stability. They emphasized following the path of the martyr , drawing inspiration from the meanings of sacrifice , redemption from the exploits and stances of the martyrs in defending the homeland's soil, sovereignty and independence.
