Participants stressed the importance of community involvement in local development, encouraging and supporting community initiatives, establishing cooperative associations, and implementing service projects. The participants placed on the significance of multi-purpose cooperative associations and utilizing available resources to achieve self-sufficiency, particularly in agriculture. They highlighted the importance of implementing the developmental team's action plan across social, organizational, and economic dimensions, along with the need to activate agricultural activities. The workshop also addressed mechanisms for enhancing comprehensive developmental work, capacity building, community participation, and training for development initiatives. Lastly, there was a discussion on the practical application of training programs for the developmental team to bolster community work and cooperative associations. Source: Yemen News Agency
