KUWAIT, Kuwait Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya received a letter from Tajikistan counterpart Sirojiddin Muhriddin. The letter touched on bilateral ties between the two friendly countries and ways of boosting cooperation in various fields.
