Kuwait: Kuwait Prime Minister Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah submitted the government resignation to HH Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah pursuant to Article 57 of the country's constitution.
