KUWAIT, Kuwait and Spain held a fresh round of talks focusing on relations and efforts to bolster bilateral cooperation across various fields, the foreign ministry said on Thursday. The talks, presided over by Kuwaiti Deputy Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Al-Sabah and Spanish Secretary for Foreign and Global Affairs Diego Mart?nez Bel?o, also looked into the progress of common initiatives and plans. Current developments around the world were among the topics mulled over, chief among them the need to halt the continued Israeli attacks against the Palestinians, according to a ministry statement.
