Kuwait on Wednesday urged the international community to step up efforts and put an end to what it called the "aggressive" war against the Gaza Strip, subsequently putting the Palestinians out of their misery. Vowing to keep aid to the Palestinians intact, Kuwait's permanent representative to the United Nations Nasser Al-Heyn told the UN Human Rights Council that Israeli occupation forces continue to wage a "destructive" war against the Palestinians, lamenting the silence of the international community. He went on to say that the situation continues to exacerbate as a result of the impeded delivery of aid to the Palestinian enclave, calling or the immediate relief to be given to innocent civilians there.
