Kuwaiti Judo players returned from Amman Friday with 32 diverse medals after dominating the West Asian Judo Championship for Youth and Juniors. Kuwait topped rankings in the junior individual and team contests as well as in youth team contests. It also came second in the youth individuals ranking. The 32 medals comprised 24 gold, two silver and six bronze medals. Upon arrival to Kuwait, Secretary of the Kuwait Judo Federation Faisal Al-Humoud told KUNA that Kuwaiti players fought hard for raising Kuwait's flag high at the championship. Vice-President of the Federation and head of Kuwait's mission to the West Asian Championship Manwar Al-Enezi told KUNA that the Kuwaiti players have made splendid performance which earned them the admiration of their peers and spectators.
