Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya met with Thailand's Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Maris Sangiampongsa, Monday, on the sidelines of the 19th ministerial meeting of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue, held in Tehran.
