Kuwait defeated China (28-24), Sunday, in its first match in the 18th Asian Youth Handball Championship, held in the Jordanian capital, Amman. In remarks to KUNA, Head of the Kuwaiti delegation, Qaid Al-Adwani, praised the players' efforts and technical level. He stated that the Kuwaiti team is playing in a difficult group in this tournament that includes Iran and China. After the game, the President of the Jordanian Handball Federation, Tayseer Al-Mansi, announced Kuwait's Abdulaziz Al-Najjar as man of the match.
