The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Monday Kuwait's condemnation of the Israeli occupation authorities' confiscation of the headquarters of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) in Occupied Jerusalem (Al-Quds), and its transformation into a settlement outpost, in a flagrant violation of international laws. The ministry said in a statement that the State of Kuwait affirms its rejection and confrontation of all attempts by the occupying entity that seek to change the legal and historical status quo in Al-Quds. The ministry stressed the importance of standing up to the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people, which affects the lives of innocent people, and the important humanitarian role of UNRWA.
