Representing His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya met with Palestinian Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Mustafa in Jordan on Tuesday. The meeting was held on the sidelines of a humanitarian response conference for the Gaza Strip and the ongoing developments in Palestinian territories, held on the Dead Sea coast, the Foreign Ministry said in a press release. During the meeting, both sides looked into ongoing efforts to cease fighting, protect civilians, lift the siege on the enclave, deliver humanitarian and relief aid to Palestinians, and resolve the Palestinian cause by establishing an independent state on the June 4, 1967 borderline with East Jerusalem being its capital.
