His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences Thursday to Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, expressing sincere condolences over victims of the hurricane that struck eastern the country, leading to numerous casualties, as well as the destruction of public facilities and properties.
