A man who shot and killed a person in the northern district of Ramtha was arrested on Monday and confessed to the crime, the Public Security Directorate spokesman said. "Security agencies were tipped off several days ago about an individual who was shot dead at his home in Ramtha, and that suspicion fell on a man who was arrested and confessed to the crime during interrogation," he said.
