Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP) declared on Saturday a list of companies and consortiums qualified for partaking in the project of developing the land communication network. KAPP said in a statement that the qualified parties are Bahrain Telecommunication, E and A Holding Limited, SBA Communication, and Brookfield Corporation. The project is designed to overhaul the fixed telecommunication network and establish a partnership between the private and public sectors to cover designing, funding, operating, and maintaining it.
