Justice Minister Ahmed Ziadat Tuesday inaugurated the Palace of Justice premises in Jerash Governorate, in a ceremony attended by Judicial Council President Mohammad Al-Ghazou and Chief Prosecutor Yousef Thiaba. Ziyadat, representing caretaker Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh, said the inauguration coincided with His Majesty King Abdullah's upcoming visit to Jerash as part of the Kingdom's celebrations of his Silver Jubilee. The fully-equipped, three-storey building project, financed by the European Union and supervised by the Ministry of Public Works, was built on a ??13,000-square-meter plot of land with the highest technical and engineering standards at a cost of JD6.267 million.
