Judicial Affairs Department… Fundamental pillar of Judicial Inspection Authority

The Judicial Affairs Department considered one of the main pillars of the Judicial Inspection Authority due to its direct connection with judges in the courts of the Republic. The department gains its importance by completing the necessary documents for candidates for judicial positions. The head of the Judicial Affairs Department, Judge Abdul Salam Al-Houthi, explained to (Saba) that the department takes administrative measures after the issuance of decisions of the Judicial Council or Republican decisions related to judges, such as appointment, transfer, financial rights, and everything related to the judicial staff. He pointed out that the Judicial Affairs Department, in implementation of the directives of the Chairman of the Judicial Inspection Authority, strengthened during the first quarter of this year the work of monitoring the progress and regularity of work in the courts in order to achieve the general goal of the authority plan for the year 1445 AH.
