The Jordan Armed Forces (JAF)-Arab Army on Tuesday signed two cooperation agreements with Qatar Armed Forces in the education fields. The the two agreements, which were inked by Royal Jordanian National Defense Collage (RJNDC) and the Royal Jordanian Command and Staff College (RJCSC) and Qatari Joaan Bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies, aim to enhance joint cooperation in the fields of education, training and strategic research. The agreements also seek to develop "institutional" ties and launch cooperation in the educational aspect to serve interests of the two countries' armed forces, according to a JAF statement. Under the agreements, the two sides transfer expertise in various scientific and research fields and electronic programs, implement exchange visits for students and faculty members, and hold various types of training courses.
