Amman: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates welcomed the announcement by, Hans Grundberg, the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy to Yemen, that an agreement has been reached to calm the months-long crisis over the banking sector and reopen Yemen Airways. The ministry's spokesperson, Sufyan Al-Qudah, reaffirmed the Kingdom's support for efforts to achieve peace and security in Yemen and efforts to end the Yemeni crisis. Al-Qudah lauded Grundberg's efforts to reach a comprehensive political solution to the Yemeni crisis, which leads to ending this crisis, achieving security and stability, ensuring the unity, stability, and territorial integrity of Yemen, and ending the suffering of its brotherly people.
