According to a statement by the Ministry of Water, Haisa stressed that the authority aims to achieve optimal use of water in the agricultural sector, focusing on the economic value of water in agriculture. This endeavor is expected to benefit the state, national production, and farmers alike. He elaborated that the authority has a comprehensive plan to advance agriculture and services i n the Jordan Valley region. This plan takes into account the findings of the study, which highlight future water needs in agriculture and the potential for expanding crop production. The goal is to ensure economic benefits for farmers by diversifying agriculture in the valley, thereby fostering economic and agricultural development and ensuring food security.
