Tunis: Al-Mamlaka TV and the Jordan Radio and Television Corporation (JRTV) garnered several awards at the 24th Arab Radio and Television Festival. The festival's results were announced on Saturday evening in Tunis, the capital of Tunisia. Al-Mamlaka TV was awarded the first prize in the parallel television competitions for news and news report categories with their program "Success Stories Achieved by People with Disabilities in Jordan." Al-Mamlaka TV also clinched the second prize in the main television competitions for variety and artistic evenings with their program "The Appointment," sharing the honor with Tunisian Television. JRTV earned the first prize in the main radio competitions for their epic drama program "Antara." Additionally, the program "Islamic Cities," produced by the Jordan Media Space Foundation, received the second prize in the general documentary films and programs category.
