According to the Russia Today website, Qiang said during the opening of the Chinese Development Forum:'The Chinese economy continues to rise and strengthen continuously. There has been no change in the basis on which the long-term improvement in the Chinese economy is based.' "As the world's second-largest economy, the Chinese economy has formed a stable foundation with high flexibility, great potential, and sufficient vitality in its long-term development," Qiang added. "We have the world's largest integrated transportation network, electricity network, FiveG network, as well as other infrastructure networks," Li Qiang said. He noted that China's contribution to global economic growth remains at about 30%. The China Development Forum will be held in Beijing on March 24-25.
