Jerusalem - Ma'an - The Mustafa family continues to demolish their residential apartment, in the town of Al-Issawiya, under the pretext of building without a permit. Mustafa's family explained that the occupation municipality issued a decision at the end of last year requiring the demolition of a residential apartment built of reinforced sheet metal and roofed with wood, under the pretext of building without a license. The family pointed out that they tried to freeze and postpone the decision and issue a license for the apartment, but the occupation municipality refused to do so under the pretext that 'there are no licenses in Al-Issawiya until a decision is made on the submitted structural map.' The family explained that the persecution of them began after the arrest of Sheikh Jamal Mustafa - the imam of the Arbaeen Mosque in the village of Al-Issawiya - on charges of incitement, as there were repeated raids on his children's homes and the issuance of various violations against them, until the municipalit y issued a demolition decision for the apartment.
