Ramallah - Ma'an - Eng. Thaer Jaradat, director of the Jerusalem Governorate Electricity Company branch in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, received on Wednesday in his office in Ramallah a delegation from the Beit Iksa municipality that included Deputy Mayor Hussein Hababa, and municipal members Ghada Mohsen and Imad Zayed. The meeting was attended by the company's technical department manager, Eng. Saeed Rayan and the local bodies coordinator, Mr. Tariq Hefzy. The meeting discussed a number of issues, including the difficulty of the company's crews reaching the town due to the policy of restrictions imposed by the occupation on the town, in addition to dismantling some high-voltage lines, strengthening the electrical network, and implementing development projects. Engineer Jaradat stressed the importance of the meeting, reiterating the Jerusalem Company's commitment to providing electrical services at the highest levels of quality, and continuing to enhance cooperation with local authorities and munici palities to meet the needs of subscribers in the concession areas and in line with the directives of the company's general management. The guest delegation presented a shield of appreciation to the company, which was received by Engineer Jaradat, in appreciation of the company's efforts in providing safe and stable electrical current in the town.
