TOKYO - (Saba): Japanese stock indices rose in the morning trading session at the Tokyo Stock Exchange today, Tuesday. According to Japanese media, the 225-share Nikkei index rose 251.07 points, or 0.67 percent, to reach 37,974.98 points in the morning session.
